Ask within 30 days and you get your money back. You do not have to explain why.

How

Email layer8threads@gmail.com from the address you bought with, or tell us what address you used. We process the refund within two business days. It then takes five to ten business days to appear, depending on your bank — that part is out of our hands.

After 30 days

Write to us anyway. If a tool stopped doing what it was sold as doing and we cannot fix it, you will get your money back regardless of when you bought it.

Please don't file a chargeback first

Not a threat, just arithmetic: a chargeback on a $14 purchase costs us the $14 plus a $15 dispute fee, so it costs us more than double what simply asking would. We have never refused a refund. Email first and you will get the same outcome, faster.

Try before you buy

Every tool has a free version that works on the common case. Use it first and make sure the tool suits you. We would rather you not buy than buy and be disappointed.
