Privacy

Our extensions run entirely inside your browser. We do not operate a server that receives your data, so there is nothing for us to collect, sell, or lose.
Page and table data
When you click the toolbar button, the extension reads the page currently in front of you in order to find and convert the table. That reading happens on your machine. The result goes to your clipboard or to a file you save.
Table contents are never transmitted anywhere. They are not sent to us, not sent to a third party, and not stored beyond the moment of conversion.
Settings
Per-site preferences — which columns you chose, how you like numbers formatted — are stored locally in your browser using the extension storage API. They stay on your device. Removing the extension removes them.
Purchases
Payment is processed by Stripe through ExtensionPay. We never receive or store your card number.
What we do receive, and keep, for each purchase:
- your email address, so we can verify your licence and answer support mail;
- the date and amount, because tax law requires us to keep business records.
We keep purchase records for seven years for tax purposes. We do not use your email address for marketing and we do not send newsletters.
Analytics
None. The extensions contain no analytics, no telemetry, no error reporting, and no advertising or tracking code. This website sets no cookies and runs no third-party scripts.
Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs of requests to this website, including IP addresses, as part of operating the service. We do not analyse them.
Your rights
Email layer8threads@gmail.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond within thirty days. Deletion requests are honoured except for purchase records we are legally required to retain.
Children
These are business tools and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes affecting existing customers will be sent to the address used at purchase.
